For counselling and coaching of private clients my regular fee is 100€ per single session (50 min.), and 160€ for an extended session of 90min. A preliminary phone conversation is of course free of charge and will allow us to gain a first impression if working together seems a good idea. Under special circumstances, a reduced fee may be agreed upon. Remote counselling via video call is usually billed in a time-exact manner (based on 90€ / 60 min.). In the Cologne / Bonn area, a choice of central and easy-to-reach premises are available for our sessions on demand. For many professionals, spendings on job-related coaching and counselling are tax-deductible, please ask your tax consultant for details.

Counselling of couples, family counselling, or other multiple-person constellations (small groups up to four persons) generally requires 90 min.-units. If you – e.g. as a larger family or patchwork-family, band, team doing volunteer work, or the like – seek counselling or coaching for a group of five or more persons, this rather corresponds to a small workshop setting. Please contact me for an according offer.

Workshops and trainings, surveys or evaluation projects and other measures of personnel- and organizational development require a thorough initial contracting.
